Welcome to HAMONNZ LIMITED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site") and the products and services offered by HAMONNZ LIMITED.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING
2.1 Product Information

All descriptions, images, and specifications of products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the characteristics of our products, but we do not guarantee that the colours, dimensions, or other attributes displayed on your screen will be accurate.

2.2 Pre-Orders

  • All pre-orders qualify for discounted prices as listed on our price list (provided upon inquiry).

  • Pre-ordering guarantees receipt of items as fresh as possible directly from our suppliers in Spain.

  • There is no minimum order for pre-orders.

  • Payment for pre-orders will only be invoiced near to our import/shipment date.

2.3 Retail Sales

  • Limited stock of products may be available for immediate purchase at retail prices.

  • Retail prices are higher than pre-order prices.

  • Availability of retail products is not guaranteed.

2.4 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Price lists will be provided upon inquiry via email.

3.2 Payment

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods as specified at the time of purchase.

  • For pre-orders, payment will be invoiced close to the shipment date.

  • Full payment must be received before goods are released.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
4.1 Import and Shipping Methods

  • All products are imported by air freight from Spain.

  • Upon arrival in New Zealand, products can be:

    • Delivered to your address at an additional cost, or

    • Picked up from our locations in Hamilton or Napier.

4.2 Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Factors outside our control, including customs clearance and shipping delays, may affect delivery times.

  • We will communicate any significant delays in shipment.

4.3 Inspection of Goods

You must inspect all products upon receipt and notify us of any damages, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless products are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence of damage may be required.

  • We may offer replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Use the Site to transmit or distribute harmful content.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

  • Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL HAMONNZ LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAMONNZ LIMITED and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.
