​Shipping Information

Import Process

All our authentic Spanish products are imported directly from Spain by air freight. This ensures the highest quality and freshness of our premium food products.

Delivery Options

Upon arrival in New Zealand, you have two options for receiving your order:

  1. Pickup: Available from our locations in Hamilton or Napier at no additional cost.

  2. Delivery: We can arrange delivery to your address anywhere in New Zealand for an additional fee. Delivery costs are calculated based on location and order size.

Shipping Timeframes
  • Pre-orders: Our import schedule typically runs monthly. Once your pre-order is confirmed, we'll provide you with an estimated arrival date.

  • In-stock items: Orders for products we currently have in stock will be processed within 1-2 business days.

 
Order Tracking

For delivered orders, we will provide tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

 
Import Delays

Please understand that international shipping may occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • International shipping disruptions

  • Seasonal high-volume periods

  • Weather conditions

  • Regulatory inspections

We will communicate any significant delays and keep you updated on the status of your order.

 

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have a limited return policy:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  2. Incorrect Items: If you receive items different from what you ordered, you may return them for the correct products or a refund.

  3. Quality Issues: If you have concerns about the quality of the products you received, please contact us immediately.

 
Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales.hamonnz@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected products where applicable.

  3. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  1. Pre-order Cancellations: If you cancel a pre-order before the import order is finalized, you will receive a full refund.

  2. Product Issues: Refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be processed once we have received your claim with supporting evidence.

  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that:

  • Have been opened, unless damaged or defective

  • Have been stored improperly after delivery

  • Have exceeded their recommended storage time
